If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service within your first 30 days, simply notify us and your contract fees will be reversed. No advanced notification required, no paperwork, no red tape, no catches whatsoever.

Note that the 30 day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which account was originally activated (not the day the order was placed). This guarantee is VOID if your account violates our TOS.

Refunds are for billing cycle payments only. Setup fees, including but not limited to domain registrations, will not be refunded.

You pay us to have your site accessible to everyone on the Internet. It's only fair that we pay you when we don't keep our part of the deal. So, our uptime guarantee of 99.99% is just the answer. If we don't meet that mark each month, you can request that we fork over some credits and we'll do it too!^†

The following is how we will credit you for not meeting the 99.99% uptime:

• 4 minutes to 45 Minutes (99.99% - 99.9% uptime) -- 25% credit
• 45 minutes to 3 hours 30 minutes (99.9% - 99.5% uptime) -- 50% credit
• 3 hours 30 minutes to 7 hours 15 minutes (99.5% - 99% uptime) -- 75% credit
• Longer than 7 hours 16 minutes (99% or less uptime) -- 100% credit

• Credits are only valid for non-scheduled maintenance. Three (3) hours notice before maintenance is deemed scheduled and does not meet criteria for uptime credits.
• Uptime credits are not available for outages out of u2-web's control; such as, but not limited to act of god or datacenter outage.
• Uptime is calculated each calendar month and that uptime is the basis for credits. As such, credits will only be applied at the end of the month so to be accurate. You may request uptime credits at any point in a month, however, they will not be applied until the end of the month. Credits must be requested within 72 hours of downtime.
• Uptime credits are on a request basis only. It is currently not possible to do automatic or mass credits.
• Uptime is only valid for the web services, as it is the most important service for a majority of our customers.

• 14 hours 30 minutes to 1.5 days (98% - 95% uptime) -- 40% credit
• Greater than 1.5 days (less than 95% uptime) -- 100% credit
