Invoices are due on the due date listed on the invoice, however, if you need extra time to pay the invoice after the due date to avoid your service being suspended, please let us know by contacting our billing department . http://u2-web.com/contact We will be glad to provide a reasonable amount of extra time to pay the due amount. If you do not contact us for extra time, your accounts will be subject to being suspended and eventually being cancelled. If your account has already been suspended, you may still contact us for extra time and we will resume the account and provide the extra time.
If after the extra time the due amount is still not paid, the account will be suspended and not be resumed until payment is made and cleared any processing. (such as paypal echeck, echeck, mail payment). If this is a recurring trend, your account will not be given extra time.
