Hsphere has a true separate domain setup and as such there isn't a central "public_html" folder for all your domains to be in. Each domain and subdomain will have their own folder within your account's root folder. Anything in this folder will be accessible via a web browser. You would upload all your files for the web site to this folder via a FTP client.
