Hello,

As we grow as a company, so does our staffing levels and our internal systems for
faster and more precise customer support.   

With that in mind, outlined below are some of the immediate changes being
implemented to our current support ticket system.

1)   Additional staff -- non-customer impact except for new faces in support
Staff from other departments, and the addition of new staff, mostly "level
2" will be moved around to better support the ticket system and phone
inquiries. 

2)   Changing of the support ticket system.
The ticket system is changing.  This will affect customers in a minor way as
the tracking of tickets via our current system will no longer be possible,
this, however, will change with the coming introduction of a newer integrated
system in the foreseeable future.

In short, at this time on our site you can still send tickets to us using a
form at https://u2-web.com/support/contact/support/, however, you can not track tickets to support until the above is
implemented.  You can, of course, still email us at support@u2-web.com.

The reviewing of previous support tickets can be viewed via
https://u2-web.com/support/contact/ and login using your usual
username password combination.  Please DO NOT reply to previous tickets once logged in, instead create a new ticket via https://u2-web.com/support/contact/support/ or by emailing support@u2-web.com, even if it is to resurrect a previous issue.

All other methods of support will not change at this time.

These changes are for the benefit of you the customer and for us to support
you in the best possible ways.   Please let us know if you have any
questions on the above changes.
