Hello,
We will be updating OS, apache, and PHP packages on our linux servers this weekend. There will be a brief downtime of 5 to 10 minutes for each server while it reboots to apply the new updates.
These updates will be done for:
web1, web2, web3, web4, web5, sd1, mail1, mail2, mysql, and mysql2-5.
We will post updates where as those are done. We expect both Saturday and Sunday to be used for these updates.
Date: 7/24/2010 and 7/25/2010

Updates for this weekend have been completed, however, next weekend we will need to continue as there were a couple items that could not be updated due to packages not being available at the time.

Hello,
Along with this maintenance, we are going to change web2 to apache2 as well as install cloudlinux on this server. This change will happen this weekend.

Hello, The below mentioned changes will be done between 10 PM to 12 PM ET this friday (July 30) . Downtime is expected to be 10 to 15 minutes for switch and update of apache2 and install of cloudlinux. We'll update this thread once done. Hello,

CL install will happen shortly.

These upgrades are now complete. No downtime occurred except for on web1 when we tried to change apache1 to apache2, which did not work because of rule conflicts.

Unfortunately while changing the versions apache did not want to start . We will need to look in to this further.
